Our History

Our El Salvador office regularly supports the Fusate organization that provides comprehensive care to older adults. US staff are given time to support causes throughout their local communities. Founders
Two men with decades of experience and a dream to create a company founded on bettering the lives of its employees.
Bangladeshi co-founder ASM Mohiuddin Monem and American co-founder Matt Kochan founded SEBPO on April 26, 2006 with this core guiding principle. Together, they understood that fostering a culture of collaboration, deliberate growth, and employee focus would ultimately lead to shared success. Their principal directive to improve the quality of life for all of our employees still fuels all of our decisions today.
