In 2006, Bangladeshi co-founder A.S.M. Mohiuddin Monem and American co-founder Matthew Kochan came together with the same goal: establish a globally leading BPO company that empowers the growth of our clients, our employees, and their local communities.
Since then, SEBPO’s leadership has expanded substantially to create a highly qualified team of experts focused on providing strategic, best-in-class outsourcing solutions. Meet our founders—two savvy businessmen with decades of experience and a dream to create a BPO service provider founded on bettering the lives of its employees and clients.
ASM Mohiuddin Monem and Matthew Kochan understood that fostering a culture of collaboration, deliberate growth, and a people-first environment would lead to shared success for employees, clients, and SEBPO alike. Today, this philosophy still rings true throughout our US, El Salvador, and Bangladesh locations.
Co-Founder
A.S.M. Mohiuddin Monem brought with him a passion for creating employment opportunities for the Bangladeshi people, specifically the younger, well-educated generation. He continues to pursue his vision of making Bangladesh the world’s leading outsourcing destination. Bangladesh’s strategic business location combined with its culture of kindness and low costs yet high-quality results allows clients to maximize their ROI, entrust their work and teams to the best of the best, and realize the full range of outsourcing benefits.
Co-Founder
Recognized IT services visionary Matthew Kochan’s extensive background in outsourcing and IT has allowed him to help cultivate SEBPO into a leading BPO partner. He has pioneered the development of breakthrough service methodologies and applied his revolutionary knowledge to SEBPO’s growth.
