Chief Operating Officer, Brian Anderson, drives operational excellence of service delivery teams across SEBPO’s Bangladesh, El Salvador, and US-based delivery centers. Brian translates over 20 years of strategic and operational finance experience into his current role, where he cross-functionally ensures operational alignment with SEBPO’s overall business strategy.
Skilled at understanding client and business needs, Brian leads process improvement initiatives across the organization. He uncovers ways to enhance processes with automation and other digital tools, allowing SEBPO to cater to client requests within a rapidly evolving technological environment.
Brian received his BS in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Penn State University. When he isn’t improving SEBPO’s operational efficiency, he can be found spending time with his wife and two children at their sports events. He also loves to play golf.
