Chief Financial Officer Joe MacDonald has over 20 years of experience in the BPO/Outsourcing industry. Before joining SEBPO, Joe held a variety of financial leadership positions at various BPO companies, including Accenture. During this time, Joe led global teams while overseeing several Shared Service Delivery Centers and providing finance and accounting support. He also held the position of CFO for an Accenture-backed venture in Bangladesh, where he lived as an expat. There, he governed all finance and accounting operations, delivering outsourcing technology and BPO support to clients in Asia and Europe. 

As CFO, Joe plays a critical role in directing SEBPO’s strategic financial decisions, maintaining fiscal responsibility, and maximizing the company’s value. Joe’s dedication to financial supervision and ensuring excellence in all areas make him an asset to the company and our clients.
