As the General Manager of our El Salvador team, Paul Garcia focuses on building our team, creating an engaging office culture, and ensuring that each of our clients receives high-quality service.   

Paul spearheaded the development of our El Salvador office–a journey that started as an idea on a whiteboard and culminated in a fully-operational, highly effective team. On a daily basis, Paul spends his time leading and managing his team, onboarding customers, and ensuring seamless coordination between our offices and our clients around the world.   

When he’s not at SEBPO, Paul enjoys playing the drums and surfing in the beautiful waters of El Salvador.
