This position is based in Marlton, NJ, however a flexible work from home arrangement may be accepted and based on SEBPO Business hours of 8:30AM – 5:30PM EST.

The SEBPO Director of Marketing is responsible for managing all aspects of SEBPO’s marketing campaigns and projects, and directs the SEBPO marketing team comprised of internal employees and vendors. The Director of Marketing operates as a business partner to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, and creates and executes innovative marketing strategies to profitably increase revenue and grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand SEBPO markets, competitors, and long-term goals and know where we fit into the market
  • Develop and maintain Marketing budget in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Manage marketing projects, tracker and establish KPIs, SOPs and best practices to ensure effective management
  • Know and expand the SEBPO brand
  • Understand SEBPO Marketing Tech Stack and find efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Direct Marketing Team and Vendors
    • Identify risks and HR issues
    • Communicate KPIs and plans weekly with SVP Revenue Operations via email
  • Work with Marketing Manager to
  • Ensure team manages and responds to marketing@sebpo.com alias within 1 – 2 hours of requests
  • Read through project tracker daily and drive projects forward and identify obstacles and gaps
    • Ensure projects stay on track with an output of 1 – 2 deliverables per week
    • Ensure team is operating efficiently and during normal business hours
    • Ensure team is updating the project tracker daily
    • Ensuring that the team is meeting on a regular basis
    • Ensure team sends weekly Friday Marketing Update email
    • Ensure accurate management of website and social media objectives
  • Be the FINAL EYE for everything SEBPO – Ensuring SEBPO marketing materials are not released with errors or flaws. Follow proofreading and proofing process via “Document Revision Process, Proofreading Checklist and Design Review” document
  • Present ideas and strategies to leadership with confidence
  • Direct vendors, provide materials and design support for SEBPO website updates
  • Be the Subject matter expert for all things relating to SEBPO
    • Our name, services, history, brand, logo, USP, key differentiators
    • Ensuring all marketing material accurately outlines SEBPO teams, who we are, what we sell
  • Guide team to manage international brand and messaging
    • Lead team to introduce and collaborate globally for adoption/adherence
    • Legal requirements re: Bangladesh, trademarks and dba
    • Final eye on all external marketing materials and SEBPO communications; responsible for the successful execution of all external material
  • Manage RFP Response Contributions from the marketing team
  • Assign marketing resources to projects
  • Manage Lessons Learned for Materials, Posts, with Errors, and Postmortems
  • Update and manage the Marketing Google tracker on a daily basis
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of SEBPO, along with industry trends, and competition
  • Understand the organizational structure and develop relationships with the functional roles

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of Marketing Strategy and Leadership experience
  • Experience managing a brand and associated campaigns
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience directing budgets, teams, vendors, resources, and projects
  • Ability to work with internal staff (C-Level to Administration, Sales, Corporate Business Development, Delivery Centers) and external clients (vendors, freelancers)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Organizational and professional skills are required
  • Strong computer skills including Office, Google sheets

Director of Marketing reports to the SVP Revenue Operations.
