The client was undergoing a run of acquisitions with media, technology and communication brands and needed to unify their platform with over 150 points of presence on six continents.

OBJECTIVE

As part of its plan for a unified platform bringing together display, mobile and video across multiple channels, the client needed reliable, scalable, cost-efficient, 24/7/365 ad operations support. The goal was to enable high-quality viewing of their digital content, experienced on any device.

SEBPO managed the client’s new video platform initial release and ongoing traffic. The client sought to leverage SEBPO’s significant onshore presence, strong technical expertise, and low attrition.

RESULTS

CLIENT

The client is a major ad management and technology company, connecting over 19,000 advertisers and 3,700 media agencies in 60 countries. They are an industry leader in end-to-end solutions in multi-channel digital advertising. The client owns and operates an open ad distribution and management platform serving 1.5 trillion impressions annually.

OBJECTIVE

The client funnels a majority of display ad trafficking through SEBPO, including custom delivery-report generation. Delivery reports are pulled from the client’s platform and provide data essential to ad tracking, end-of-campaign analysis, invoicing and other account procedures.

The client’s in-house Client Service Manager (CSM) requested a seven-month campaign report on four of 200 available metrics, including total clicks and impressions. Anticipating a high volume of data, the CSM advised SEBPO to pull batch reports on 45-day increments, totaling five reports. The CSM requested expedited delivery.

RESULTS

Due to the exceptional volume of data in this account, the client’s platform would not support 45-day batch reporting. The SEBPO Team discovered this issue, notified the CSM and continued to modify report size until they deduced maximum length to a single day. Subsequently, the project’s demands rose from five reports to 197 reports. By pulling consecutive reports at 25 minutes per report for 24 hours a day, SEBPO enabled the client to:

  • Receive a complete delivery report in under a week. SEBPO employed a 24-hour work cycle, at three 8-hour shifts per day, to drastically reduce delivery time from a minimum of three weeks to less than a single week.
  • Avoid the time-consuming process of revising report length. The SEBPO teammates applied their technical know-how to estimate project demands with precision.
  • Relieve the client’s CSM of a complex technical task that demanded attention every 25 minutes.

Additionally, SEBPO provided the client with:

  • Rolling delivery every two to three hours to satisfy the need for immediate data.
  • Comprehensive communication on all aspects of project delivery.
  • Accurate reporting on all requested metrics by pulling 197 reports without human error.

BACKGROUND

In early 2020, public health agencies identified a rapidly spreading global outbreak of COVID-19. Because the virus spread through person-to-person contact, governments put stay-at-home measures in place for citizens. These measures challenged businesses to keep operations running smoothly while ensuring employee safety.

OBJECTIVE

SEBPO’s objectives were to provide a safe working environment, adhere to pandemic guidelines, and provide flexibility and continued support to clients. To meet these objectives, SEBPO initiated its Business Continuity Plan, daily emergency response meetings, and increased monitoring and communication for SEBPO teams. These measures allowed for efficient planning, preparation and response to the pandemic.

RESULTS

SEBPO acted as a strategic partner to clients, with the following outcomes:

  • SEBPO employees in the US, Bangladesh and El Salvador pivoted to a work-from-home environment with minimal impact to our clients’ operations.
  • Fifty employees in the Bangladesh delivery center volunteered to shelter-in-place at the SEBPO office, where food, sleeping, and personal hygiene arrangements were provided.
  • The combination of shelter-in-place and work-from-home enabled certain teams to meet security measures as required by clients.
  • Each SEBPO team’s Client Success Manager communicated changes and actions on a regular basis.
  • SEBPO continued to expand services for clients by adding additional shifts and task types.
  • SEBPO provided strategic operations support during times when internal employees were unavailable due to furloughs or other staff reductions.
  • One client reported SEBPO as being more valuable because their employees would be offline intermittently during the next several months.

SEBPO COMES TO THE AID OF VULNERABLE SENIOR CITIZENS IN EL SALVADOR

Since its launch in 2017, our team in El Salvador has lived SEBPO’s corporate mandate for charity and humanitarianism, and has come to the aid of vulnerable senior citizens in their community. Fundación Salvadoreña de la Tercera Edad (FUSATE) is a non-governmental nonprofit founded in 1990 that serves 11,000 senior citizens through a network of eight daytime activity centers and dormitories. Since FUSATE relies entirely on donations, they sometimes run short on basic supplies and cannot afford to replace failing equipment. During the holiday season of 2019, the team at the SEBPO operations center in San Salvador heard about the need at their local FUSATE dormitory, which houses 88 senior citizens. In an overwhelming show of support, the San Salvador team members provided everything on the FUSATE needs list, including:

50 lbs flour, 25 lbs rice, 25 lbs beans, 10 lbs sugar, 25 lbs tortilla flour/masa, 20 lbs powdered milk, 25 pounds of rice, 5 lbs instant soups, 50 lbs detergent, 50 lbs fabric softener, 5 lbs honey, 5 lbs cereal.

In addition, the facility was in dire need of a new gas grill, on which they relied for meal preparation. SEBPO was pleased to supply a new appliance for the FUSATE dormitory.

SEBPO named to Inc. 5000 List of the Nation’s Fastest-Growing Companies for the fifth time.

Marlton, NJ – Inc. Magazine announced that SEBPO has earned a spot on its prestigious Inc. 5000 list for 2019 — the annual ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.  This is SEBPO’s fourth consecutive year being honored on the list, and its fifth time overall.

The 2019 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2015 and 2018.

SEBPO’s growth is the result of a banner year for company sales: Both the activation of new customers and the retention of existing clientele.  Already an industry leader in accuracy, utilization, and retention rates across its multiple delivery centers, the company redoubled its efforts on those and other KPI’s that drive success for clientele.

The 2019 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2015 and 2018.  To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2015.  They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2018.  (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.)  The minimum revenue required for 2015 is $100,000; the minimum for 2018 is $2 million.  As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. SEBPO EXTENDS THEIR SUPPORT TO UNDERPRIVILEGED STUDENTS OF JAAGO FOUNDATION

SEBPO supports students of Jaago Foundation

ServicEngine Limited (SEBPO) distributed writing instruments and painting materials along with food to underprivileged school students of Jaago Foundation, on March 13, 2019.

There are a total of 300 students currently studying in the Banani School branch of Jaago Foundation. All of these students were present at the CSR event courtesy of SEBPO.

A. S. M. Mohiuddin Monem, SEBPO’s Chairman, was present at the school premises to distribute the school necessities such as writing and painting tools as well as food to all the students.

The students also received flavored milk drinks from the SEBPO Team, along with a lot of encouragement for their fight against poverty and their efforts for education.

The senior officials from both local and foreign offices of SEBPO also participated in the distribution ceremony along with representatives of Jaago Foundation.
