However, their roster of iconic brands and content that reaches over one billion consumers each month required a perfect fit. We kicked off the partnership with a team of 16 professionals supporting critical ad operations functions. In 2022, the collaboration expanded to include reporting support, necessitating the addition of a team of four professionals. Our continued growth and regional alignment with this client’s global operations were marked again by the addition of a Western Europe-focused team of 10 professionals, launched in 2023.
Since the start of the partnership, our relationship with this client has matured significantly. SEBPO Teams are utilized across three key areas: ad operations, social/email, and media planning. The ad operations team provides 24-hour coverage and focuses on trafficking, newsletters, reporting, screenshots, sponsorship checks, and other related tasks. The client utilizes our social and email teams for social analytics, search analytics, and email analytics. Media planning was a more recently launched team and includes SEBPO talent spanning two shifts: trafficking in AdBook and providing CitizenNet screenshots.
During our most recent Annual Business Review with this client team in February 2025, they identified a new opportunity for us. As they reorganized their global operations, we partnered closely with teams across the U.S. and Europe to analyze workflows, processes, and work efforts. Through this collaboration, we helped identify regional differences, align best practices, and standardize operations across markets. This alignment created greater global consistency, efficiency, and visibility, ensuring seamless collaboration as this client continues to expand and integrate work across new regions.
As with all SEBPO clients, the relationship with this client is a true partnership. The SEBPO Team proactively identifies areas for improvement. For example, in the absence of a CRM platform, the team created a system using Google Forms to accurately track multiple requests from internal staff. The team also provided key testing and feedback, resulting in overall improvements to the QA process.
