A newly started, data-focused retail media network (RMN) that supports a major pharmaceutical organization struggled with establishing a more centralized hub for their creative needs. As they prepared to expand their reach, the RMN needed to do so in the most cost-effective way possible. 

The RMN reached out to SEBPO, interested in moving their creative services to our dedicated teams. The main partnership objectives were to: 

  • Centralize operations and eliminate the need to manage multiple providers, including boutique agencies, contractors, and a major outsourcing provider 
  • Find a nimble partner that they could grow with, who is capable of expanding scope as their needs evolve
  • Improve efficiency by streamlining operations for workflow optimization and faster turnaround times
  • Improve quality and achieve greater cost savings 

 

The initial scope of services included creative support (proof of live and creative audit overflow) and development support (coding onsite, building landing pages, offsite HTML5 banners, and QA pages and banners). 

SEBPO Solution

The dedicated SEBPO creative team started in April 2025 with 12 FTEs working the evening and overnight shifts and has climbed to an 85% utilization rate as the team continued taking on more tasks. 

SEBPO further optimized our internal workflows and processes for this client by integrating our ad operations and creative teams into one unified communication channel. This was supplemented by regular meetings to proactively address upcoming campaigns, rush requests, and quick edits. The creative team has also been refining the client-provided templates to enhance production efficiency and reduce design cycle time. 

Other notable achievements include: 

The SEBPO Team addressed an internal issue for the client related to APP GAM templates that utilized third-party code. We identified and corrected the delivery weight issues for all In-App GAM templates within 24 hours. This significant win for the SEBPO Team enabled the client to resolve a significant complication that had previously prevented them from tracking all clicks within their apps. 

Our creative team received a rush task, which was a 120-unit project that had to go live quickly. SEBPO resources committed to working late to ensure its completion. The project, initially estimated to take two to three days, was completed within one day, demonstrating strong team synergy. The bonus win with this project was the combination and alignment of our ad operations and creative teams to deliver these ad units in a unique format, allowing the ad ops team to perform their tasks while the ad units were being completed.
