An advertising and marketing organization struggled with high costs and digital ad production. They battled fragmented workflows that resulted in longer production timelines and a decrease in quality that put their customer relationships at risk.

We began the partnership with various ad hoc tasks. Once the client realized our resources’ impactful capabilities, the partnership transitioned into a dedicated team of three FTEs, which has since expanded annually in both scope and resources. Currently, 13 FTEs operate during the evening and overnight shifts, delivering continuous support across a diverse range of creative and digital media functions, including: 

  • Designing static, animated GIF, rich media, and video ad units
  • Designing and developing website UI/UX and interactive, dynamic, and HTML5 emails
  • Editing video content 
  • Managing tasks, such as NewsBriefs keyword verification, portal administration design, development, and updates 
  • Optimizing programmatic display 
  • Redesigning creatives

 

The SEBPO Team also engineered and implemented two website platforms—Ad Fulfillment Platform and Audience View Live Example—for the client, built on HubSpot. 

This initiative encompassed the entire workflow, including UI/UX design and development of a client-facing or internal advertising booking system that empowers clients to control the pricing and placement of their campaigns. The platform significantly reduces the burden on project managers, freeing them from research and booking ad units, while managing asset collection and approvals. This automation enables the team to dedicate their efforts to more high-value tasks. With this support, they can focus on enhancing revenue generation and elevating their customers’ experiences.  

Outcome

The client maintains a consistently high utilization rate of their SEBPO Team, often exceeding 95%. Our resources manage an extremely large volume of advertisements, successfully completing tasks ranging from display ads to one-sheets, emails, and UI/UX design and development.
