SEBPO Names Joe MacDonald as Chief Financial Officer

Marlton, NJ—Global business outsourcing partner SEBPO appoints BPO expert Joe MacDonald as Chief Financial Officer. MacDonald will direct the company’s strategic financial decisions, maintain fiscal responsibility, and maximize SEBPO’s value. 

MacDonald has over 20 years of experience in the BPO/outsourcing industry. He has held multiple financial leadership positions at various BPO companies, including Accenture. During this time, MacDonald led global teams while overseeing several Shared Service Delivery Centers and providing finance and accounting support. 

“I am dedicated to providing expert financial supervision and ensuring excellence in all areas as the industry continues to evolve,” said MacDonald about his new role at SEBPO. “With the growth of AI to automate processes and the increased use of predictive analytics, outsourcing providers like SEBPO must be part of the solution offerings. I am prepared to bolster our efforts in this area.”

Prior to SEBPO, MacDonald was the CFO for an Accenture-backed venture in Bangladesh, where he also lived as an expat. There, he governed all finance and accounting operations, delivering outsourcing technology and BPO support to clients in Asia and Europe. His extensive experience with the Bangladeshi culture and BPO capabilities is an asset to SEBPO, which hosts the majority of its delivery center operations in the region.
