As COO, Akram oversees all aspects of our operations in our Dhaka, Bangladesh delivery center. He hires, onboards, leads, and trains our offshore teams to consistently deliver the high-quality service that our clients expect.

Akram has built a reputation for management acumen as a key member of the SEBPO leadership team since 2014. He has been personally recognized by the Government of Bangladesh for his leadership and management performance.

Akram is a lifelong learner and a believer in continuous self-improvement. When he’s not leading his team, Akram can often be found reading, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.
