Vice President of Client Solutions, Alvin Rose, bolsters the SEBPO Team with over twenty-five years of diverse management experience within the Customer Relationship Management Software and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. An invaluable asset to the SEBPO team, Al will continually expand SEBPO’s service delivery offerings.

In his role, Al will drive new client growth and support best practice implementation alongside the SEBPO leadership team. He is responsible for expanding the company’s back-office delivery service initiatives and driving brand awareness in new channels.

Al earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University. When Al isn’t expanding SEBPO’s presence in the BPO sector, he can be found spending time with his family in Plano, Texas. Al enjoys traveling, tennis, and playing Texas Hold’em.
