Director of Client Success Carmy Rodriguez works with our stakeholders and delivery centers to ensure we provide each of our clients with high-quality services. Her previous, diverse role at the British Embassy sharpened her communication skills and honed her ability to find areas of improvement, which serves SEBPO clients well. Her global working experiences have allowed her to work well with people across multiple cultures and remain adaptable and positive in the face of change. 

Carmy received her BA from the University of the Ozarks in Marketing and Business Administration. She and her husband live in El Salvador, where she loves to go to the movies, do Pilates, and cross-stitch in her free time.
