Since he joined the company in 2008, Kevin has propelled SEBPO’s evolution from a BPO generalist into a powerhouse company that delivers specific expertise to various industries. In 2018, Kevin stepped into his role as CEO. As a result, SEBPO is now a valued partner to some of the most well-known leaders in the Banking and Financial, Digital Media and Advertising, Tech and Telecom, E-Commerce and Retail, and Entertainment and Subscription Services industries.
Kevin achieved his BA in Corporate Communications from Plymouth State University and his MBA in Business from Rutgers University – Camden. Under his leadership, SEBPO has experienced unwavering, year-over-year growth and is now positioned as a leading BPO company worldwide.
