Lauren Kochan is the driving force behind SEBPO’s U.S. strategic vision and execution. As Chief Strategy Officer, she leads with a focus on long-term strategy, growth, and operational strength. Lauren oversees core functions including product, innovation, technology, and marketing. Her leadership has been instrumental in SEBPO’s exponential growth over the past ten years, helping the company scale while maintaining exceptional service to its clients.
With more than 20 years of experience in high-growth environments, Lauren has held several senior leadership roles at SEBPO, including Chief Revenue Officer. She has led go-to-market strategy, built scalable systems and processes, and aligned cross-functional teams to drive client success. She brings a well-rounded blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to the executive team.
Lauren holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute. She is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and was recognized as one of the “Top 50 Women Chief Strategy Officers of 2024” by Women We Admire. She also holds certifications from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and from MIT in “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.”
A longtime resident of Medford, New Jersey, Lauren is deeply involved in her local community. She has served in several leadership roles, including Deputy Mayor and Councilwoman of Medford Township, and remains an active volunteer for youth sports and nonprofit events.
