Lauren Kochan is SEBPO’s Chief Strategy Officer – and in that capacity, she provides vision, leadership, and direction for our US-based team. She keeps our team focused on our long-term strategic priorities, ensuring that SEBPO remains a healthy, growing business and can continue to provide world-class solutions to our clients.

Providing leadership in the areas of revenue operations, marketing, and sales, Lauren contributes to SEBPO’s pattern of consistent, year-over-year growth. This ultimately allows us to serve our clients at the highest possible level. Lauren is distinguished as a leader in outsourcing with a certification from IAOP as an aCOP (Associate Certified Outsourcing Professional).

While not engaged in a strategic planning session, she can be found enjoying quality time with her husband, her four kids, and Diamond – her Newfoundland dog. Lauren is active in public service, serving her community as a Councilwoman in Medford Township.
