As SEBPO’s Chief of Staff, Mark Thompson is responsible for continuing to drive best practices across SEBPO and providing additional bandwidth to scale. Mark’s accomplishments and extensive knowledge of SEBPO, earned over his nearly 8-year tenure with us as both VP of Service Delivery and our Project Management Office, have significantly impacted and streamlined SEBPO’s operations to date. 

Before his work at SEBPO, Mark served as a high-level project manager for companies such as SAIC/LEIDOS and Benfitfocus, where he managed, documented, and streamlined mission-critical projects. 

Outside of SEBPO, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and watching movies, hiking, and sports.
