AdMonsters Ops Conference

JUNE 5 – 6, 2023

Metropolitan Pavilion, NYC

Key Takeaways from AdMonsters Ops 2023

In addition to being a sponsor of this year’s AdMonsters Ops Conference in NYC, SEBPO Team Members Brett Dunlop, Colleen Tully, and Ryan Stephens had the pleasure of attending. They spent their time meeting with current and future clients, listened to some great speakers, and participated in various breakout sessions. We sat down with them last week to discuss some of the key insights they each took away from the conference.

“We attended a great session on “Humanizing the Workforce.” The thoughts that were shared mirrored conversations that we’ve been having in our own meetings with clients. It’s about putting forth an intentional effort to humanize the outsourcing process. Enhancing the relationship between their teams and our teams. There are clear reasons why businesses are successful working with us. It’s not just about our own skill or performance, I think there needs to be an investment both ways. Getting to know people and seeing them for who they are on a human level. It was a big theme on the leadership track of the conference, and it’s a big determining factor in the success of our own partnerships.” – Ryan Stephens

“The session on sustainability in advertising was a big one. We’ve seen this trend at the last three industry conferences now. The idea is floating around that one day soon media plans may have an emissions requirement similar to how they do with visibility, brand safety, and fraud. We’re not there yet, and it’s hard to wrap your head around tracking your carbon footprint from an advertiser perspective, but it will be interesting to see in the future where that takes us.” – Colleen Tully

“A common theme throughout several sessions was the concept of future proofing. We think about future proofing through the lens of outsourcing. Being able to provide insurance against attrition and fluctuations or seasonality in business. But many were speaking of future proofing as it pertains to their tech stack and their vendors. The importance of focusing not just on solutions for today but putting the right partners in place to help the business long term. I think that’s where SEBPO provides a great deal of value as a trusted partner. We look to be that resource not just for the next two or three years, but the next 10. That’s the goal.” – Brett Dunlop
