When a global ad management and analytics technology company needed an elite Creative Services team that excelled in project management, communication, and overall creative quality, they turned to SEBPO.
After working with them to address their needs, we quickly built a custom Creative Services team consisting of full-stack developers, front-end developers, and designers who could efficiently deliver client tasks and support six regions worldwide. Today, that dedicated team of SEBPO Creative Services Professionals works three shifts a day, five days a week. They are trusted and treated the same way as any other full-time employees; they participate in daily chats, are invited to internal meetings, and the bar is set just as high (if not higher) than it is for any other team member.

The client needed a specialized, outsourced creative team that could be seamlessly integrated into an existing creative division.
The Solution

Together, they have gone on to improve QA processes, implement a client-specific GitHub that allows for easy team access to standardized variable-rich media code, and create industry-specific creative silos for quick turnarounds and expert-level understanding of their most demanding clients.
