A leading digital publisher and marketing company came to SEBPO looking to take repeatable, back-end tasks off the plate of their internal employees’ plates so they could spend more time working with customers on their more strategic, high-level needs.
While the initial partnership goal may have been to simply “free up time,” we quickly assessed that the client had highly fragmented processes and outlined ways in which they could streamline through unification and routing workflows through a single “hub.” SEBPO helped to spearhead this process and achieved positive results. The partnership has since seen steady growth in the team size and services utilized.

The Client
A leading digital publisher and marketing company.
The Problem
This client wanted to take repeatable, back-end tasks off their internal employees’ plates so they could spend more time working with customers in a strategic capacity.
The Solution
SEBPO supports trafficking-related tasks such as creative updates, pixel generation and placement, campaign setup, paid search campaign setup, keyword configuration, portal admin updates, and more for the Ad Operations team.
On the creative side, the SEBPO Team provides build mockups and buildouts, video editing, video mock-ups, website development, and the creation of HTML5-rich media ads. One major achievement is a Master Training Document that contains procedures and updates for all tasks. This project was outside the initial scope but has proven to be a valuable asset; it helps our client and their partners maintain consistency and efficiency across all processes.
In addition to providing ongoing support for both the Ad Operations and Creative Teams, SEBPO has helped implement processes to help maintain consistency and efficiency. In 2021, the SEBPO Team completed 33,454 unique tasks with 99.97% accuracy.
