SEBPO Accelerates Growth with Opening of Near-Shore Office in El Salvador
Marlton, NJ – SEBPO, a leading provider of global technology talent, recently opened a new office in San Salvador, El Salvador. The new near-shore location accommodates rising demand for 24×7 off-shore services that require operations teams located in the same time zone as the client.
The new El Salvador office complements SEBPO’s off-shore stronghold in Dhaka, Bangladesh, where the company employs over 600 people. The company’s management team in Marlton, New Jersey will continue to provide all day-to-day management, client services, and process governance which has helped to differentiate SEBPO from its competition.
“The decision to expand our services into a near-shore location was a logical step in our business’ growth strategy,” said Kevin Kochan, Senior Vice President. “While we’ve long been able to provide 24×7, ‘follow the sun’ coverage to our clients, having teams in the western hemisphere will help us to optimize efficiency and create valuable redundancy. Similar to the 2007 opening of our office in Bangladesh, we see El Salvador as a diamond in the rough with highly educated, hard-working people. They will be a tremendous addition to the SEBPO family and we are excited for the opportunity to work with these great folks for many years to come.”
