SEBPO Partnered With ASHIC In Honor Of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

SEBPO donated medicine, surgical items, dressing materials, and a micro burette set to terminally ill children with cancer through ASHIC, Foundation for Childhood Cancer to commemorate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM).

ASHIC, Foundation for Childhood Cancer, supports children with cancer and their families through medical support, family support, and psychosocial support initiatives. ASHIC is also operating a shelter and Palliative Care Unit (PCU) to improve the quality of lives of children with cancer and increase their survival rate.

Currently only 4% of federal cancer research funding is dedicated to childhood cancer. The road to new, better treatment options always starts with philanthropic support. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has always been an integral part of SEBPO’s mission. SEBPO regularly partners with local organizations to provide direction and guidance to help those most in need. We are honored to support any efforts we can to improve cancer outcomes in children.
